77-79 Ford 4wd Front Cross Member Reinforcement With Tow Points

Description

This unit is designed to provide stability for the front leaf spring mounts.  The cross member mounts on the stock hanger and spring bolt locations, using the stock hardware.  The crossmember is a box-sectioned design made from 3/16″ laser cut steel with 1/4″ thick mounting plated welded to the sides.  We also have welded a pair of 3/4″ thick tow points that fit the common 3/4″ shackles.  This is a raw metal part and will need to be painted. 

This reinforcement cross member fits the following trucks:

1977 1/2-1979 F250 4wd trucks

1977-1979 F150 Super Cab trucks with leaf springs

THIS CROSS MEMBER DOES NOT FIT THE F100/150 4WD TRUCKS WITH COIL SPRINGS.
